Turkey Truss
This is a variation of the popular turkey-truss harness that is modified to be tied without using the ends of the rope video
Start with the centerpoint of the rope draped over the nape of the neck with both ends hanging down in front.
Twist the two ropes around each other vertically creating an “elbow”
Twist the two ropes around each other horizontally, creating an “elbow” on either side. This forms a pair of interlocking loops
Reach into the center “elbow” where the two loops intersect. Pull this area open
Pull this area out very wide where the two loops are now laying on top of one another
Lift this doubled loop up and drop it over the head
Bring the doubled loop down and around the torso
By pulling on the ends, adjust where the crossings are. For a more decorative look, as is show here, have them side by side in front. For a more functional harness, like for doing a 12-point suspension, spread them out wider and place on the sides of the torso.
This same pattern is continued down the whole length of the torso. When finished, the ends can be secured as needed.
