Highwaymans cuff
You cant do it very fast and it is a rather ugly knot, but this cuff works rather well for resistance play because of how simple it is to remember and requires no prep work.

Best way to remember the steps of this knot is to make a bunny ear under the coils, then a bunny ear over the coils, then tuck the final end. Start with a few coils around the limb.
Stick your index and middle fingers under all the coils. VERY IMPORTANT: your fingers have to go in from the side where the standing part is and exit where the working end of the rope is. Shown in this picture that is left to right. If you went the other direction the knot wont work.
Using your thumb, push the standing part of the rope over across the top of all the coils.
Pinch the standing part between your two fingers like scissors.
Pull your fingers out from under the coils taking the standing part with them.
You have just pulled one bunny ear under all the coils. Now stick your index and middle fingers through that bunny ear.
Pinch the standing part again. You will probably not need to push the standing part across the top of the coils this time.
Once again, pull your fingers out dragging the standing part through. You have now made a bunny ear over the coils
For the third time, put your index and middle fingers through.
Since this is the final step, you don’t grab the standing part this time. Instead pick up the end of the rope.
Pull through for the third time.
The final knot might not look very nice, but it does spread the force equally across all of the coils. It is a very comfortable cuff.
