Birmingham bowline
Most bondage cuffs do not deal well with lengthwise pull. This makes them unsuitable for use as wrist suspension cuffs. The Birmingham bowline makes a V-shape that simulates leather wrist suspension cuffs
Make a series of loops being sure to keep them all very very lose.
Take up the standing part and form a loop. Be sure that it is positioned so the standing part is against the limb.
Lay the loop across the coils. Make the loop big enough so there is a space on either side of the coils
Reaching through the loop with index and middle fingers, pick up all the coils off of the limb.
Pinch the standing part between your index and middle fingers.
Pull the standing part through under all the coils. Note that the standing part does not pass through the loop. It enters and exists above the loop on either side.
Pull the entire length of the standing part under the coils. Depending on the length of the rope used, this may take quite a bit of time.
Set the knot carefully forming a wedge like V-shape. The standing part can now be run inline with the limb to attach to a bondage frame.
