Here goes nothin
Here goes nothin ….. The new site design is coming along splendidly. And against my better judgement, I have decided to start “blogging”.The whole notion of blogging seems to be split in half. On one side is the empty, vacuous, social networking stuff. On the other hand is the niche market news-source. The first is just personal goings on of everyday people. How their day was. What their friends are up to. Just general ‘get to know ya’ kind of stuff. The second is a niche market for getting information that just cant be had anyplace else. Research into very obscure topics that regular news outlets would never cover.
Its my goal to try and be the second one. As someone once said about poetry, good poems are about whatever the poem is about and bad poetry is about the poet. Though I might be interjecting my personal opinions into what I write about, I don’t plan on making this about myself. There is already a bio section on this website if you wanna know that.
What news then? Stuff impacting the BDSM community obviously. But since I generally tend to be a “everything you know is wrong” sort of person,my goal is to break down assumptions and slay urban legends. What you replace those things with is your own big fat harry problem. All I want to do is show that things are not always as they seem.
