There is no way for this to end well
People determined to ‘prove’ that we live in the most puritanical oppressive police state ever can use anything to prove their case. This new one is going to be a field day. Because now comes a court case pitting one porn company filing suit againt another.
So lets examine what woudl happen if the porn company looses. Its obvious what the spin there would be. This company is just trying to do businss. If they keep loosing money this way they wont be able to keep their company afloat. The courts know they could never shut them down directly. There would be too much backlash. So they are just making it so that doing business is so dificult they will colapase on their own. This proves that porn is being opperesed.
Now lets examine what would happen if the porn company looses. Its obviosu what the spin their would be. This company is just engaging in freedom of speach. They can put whatever content on the web they wish to. But the corts, prudes that they are, just are upset that the company is showing dirty pictures. But they cant come right out and say that they hate sex. There would be too much backlash. So they are just making up some story abotu how its all do to ‘copyright’ as a cover story. An excuse so that they can push foward with their real agenda about stomping out anythign and everything having to do with sex. This proves that porn is being opperesed.
When its porn company against porn company, its a sure bet that a porn company is goign to loose. Any any time a porn company loose, for any reason, the people that are convinced that we live in a puritanical police state are vindicated.
